Missing Ozark man found dead

A man reported missing Sunday in Ozark has been found dead. Robert Dylan Gunter, 20, of Ozark was found Wednesday about 250 yards into the woods near Alcuri Drive, close to where he was last seen. Daimeyon O’Neal faces an open count of murder in the shooting death of 25-year-old Marianna resident Kaycha Smith, according to law enforcement officials. Judge will not drop charges for murder suspect held 10 years without trial

A judge is refusing to dismiss murder charges against an Alabama inmate who has been held in jail for a decade without a trial.
